We want to ensure your day goes off without a hitch, so we’ve compiled this list of FAQs. If there’s anything we haven’t covered, please do get in touch.

What's the earliest we can begin setting up?

You’re welcome in from 10am to set up on the day.

Do you provide decorations or tablecoths?

We simply provide crockery, cutlery and glassware. Any additional decorations will need to be provided by yourselves so that the space is suited to your own taste. Please note we kindly ask for no blu tac or tape used on our walls.

Can we use external catering?

Unfortunately due to allergen risks and quality control, no. However we have a brilliant team of chefs and a seasonal menu featuring multiple options for dining – from buffets, to sit downs, to canapés.

Can we organise a live band or DJ?

Due to licensing restrictions, unfortunately not, however each of our private rooms have the option for you to plug in with your own playlist via an aux cable.

What an absolute pleasure to work with the Grange. We had a beautiful location for our wedding reception in the Summer House and garden area. All planning was done from abroad so it was a huge relief to have someone so responsive and experienced. The team were able to answer every question and request within the day and made the whole process completely stress free. We had an amazing day and can not recommend the Grange highly enough! We had my daughter’s wedding reception here, using the Reading Room and Study which was perfect for 75 guests but could have held more. We wanted to decorate the room and set the table ourselves which we did, but had so much help from staff we got it all done in time and looked great. The dinner we ordered was the chicken avocado salad followed with Duck confit and brownies. My goodness, I have eaten at several Michelin restaurants but the taste and presentation of the meal outshone some of those even! They have an amazing chef and honestly the food was fantastic. We’ve visited the pub on other occasions, for Sunday lunch/drink etc and the staff are always happy to help, professional, and smiling – in fact it probably is one of the best pubs in West London.

Held our wedding here on Thursday. Absolutely brilliant service. Food was fantastic and everybody had a great time. Thank you to those involved. A big heads up to Kane who looked after us all evening, polite and really helpful. Also thank you to Maggie for helping organise our wonderful day. And also to the rest of the team for making it happen. Again the food and drinks were perfect. Will be back here again for sure! Thank you!
